Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are 2-7 business days depending on your location. All Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Riftbound cards are shipped in protective sleeves, toploaders, and bubble mailers to prevent damage in transit. High-value cards (over $100 AUD) are shipped with tracking and signature on delivery as standard.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country -- these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We package every card carefully to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
