Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change or cancel an order.

Before an Order Ships

Orders that have not yet been packed or shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate the cancellation.

After an Order Ships

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please refer to our Returns Policy once it arrives.

Pre-Orders and Special Requests

For any pre-ordered or specially sourced items, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, as we may begin sourcing the item shortly after purchase.
